Pattern Giveaway

**Scroll down to see the winners!**

To celebrate the release of my second pattern, Soleado, I am giving away 2 copies of the pattern for free!

You have until Friday April 10th to leave a comment on this post telling me your favorite thing about springtime (mine is the bright colors everywhere!), at which time I will randomly choose two winner to send the pattern to.

Soleado comes in three sizes, S, M and L, and is knitted using stranded colorwork. The yarn I used to design the mitts is Koigu Premium Merino, and let me tell you the colors are incredible!

Edit:

And the winners are n°4 and n°6, Yarngiraffe and Nora!
Thanks to all for participating, I will be in touch with the winners shortly to send them the pattern :)

  1. I love spring with all the new growth and colorful blossoms. So cheerful after the dread of winter. Your mitts remind me of the St. Louis Blues Hockey Team. :D

  2. I love the rebirth of spring. All of the different shades of colour of new life--the scents of blooms and blossoms in the air--and warmth in the sunshine & breeze. I love Koigu any time of the year!

  3. One of the things I love about Spring is that the weather starts to warm up; it's warm enough that you only need a light jacket, if anything, and it's still cool enough to be comfortable. I love the glove pattern, those colors look gorgeous together! :)

  4. Ooh I'd love to make these for my friend! My favorite thing about spring is all the flowers. Even if they make me sneeze, they make me happy :)

  6. I love that it's warmer... but not TOO warm! It gets to be over 100F in the summer where I live.

  7. I love that is warmer, the grass and leaves begin growing, the birds are chirping and everything smells so fresh and new!

  8. In the spring I love seeing the rowers bring out their shells after the long winter season. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting, knitting, and watching them row down the river.

  9. Seeing the first flowers and buds of spring. Our snow is gone and we're seeing crocus blooms and iris, tulip and daffodil shoots as well as strawberry and rhubarb sprouts and the trees are beginning to bud.
